Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and other secure options provided at checkout.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.

Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping details, including rates, timelines, and policies for domestic and international orders, are outlined in our Shipping Policy. The Woolbes is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return window is 14 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. See our Return Policy for full details. Custom or final-sale items are not eligible for return.
