All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly extended. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)
📦 Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $75.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
4. Shipping Carriers
We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure safe and timely delivery of your crochet items.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, TheWoolbes is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:
- Please contact us at info@thewoolbes.store within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a photo (if applicable).
- We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
