1. Returns
We want you to love your Patterned Crochet item from The Woolbes! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Free from odors, stains, or damage
- Returned with original tags or packaging (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
📧 To initiate a return, please email us at info@thewoolbes.store with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized crochet items
- Sale or discounted items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
📌 Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order separately.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@thewoolbes.store with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
